Rochfort Gallery, NSW
Pole Type: 168 Series & Banner Raising System
Share
Rochfort Gallery in North Sydney is an exhibition hall reminiscent of the grand exhibition halls of the 1900’s. The 1920’s heritage Masonic Temple in which the gallery resides, has been completely and meticulously restored as a fine and applied arts emporium.
With new exhibitions every six weeks, the gallery needed a solution that allowed them to change promotional banners at the front of the building regularly without the need for road closures and expensive access equipment that also complemented the heritage style of the building.
The solution was the newly developed Multipole Banner Raising System mounted on a 168 Series multi-function pole anodised in “Amber Gold”. Banners can be changed at ground level by lowering the top and bottom banner arms along the track using a pulley system.
